Client: Thompson Hospitality*
Project: Restaurant build-outs and conversions
Specifics: As the general contractor we were responsible for the construction, renovation and remodeling of 20 aging properties into new restaurants. Our responsibilities included general contracting as well as construction management.

Client: Tompkins Builders
Project: Emeritus Assisted Living Facilities
Specifics: Carpentry sub-contractor for the construction of 300 unit assisted living facility. Our responsibilities included all rough framing, interior & exterior trim carpentry work.

Client: The Episcopal High School
Project: Exterior & interior restoration work
Specifics: Completed an extensive restoration project to the main Administrative Office building, including; new exterior plaster veneer, exterior trim & millwork, roofing & window replacement. On the interior replaced decaying flooring wood framing & plaster. All work was replicated and preformed to maintain the Historical integrity.

The building is the oldest High School in the country, the building dates over 220 years old and was dedicated as a historical Landmark during this project.
